I'd raise the limiter to about 6600-6700, raise the WOT shifts to 6400-6500, max out the TCC lockup speeds from about 87.5% and up in 3rd and 4th gears, disable cat converter protection (if you have no cats on it), 0 out the PE delay in the PE parameters table.

I see you are commanding 12.2 AFR in PE vs. rpm, ideally you want 12.8-13.0 AFR, so if you are having to command that low to get 12.8 or so, you'd need to tweak the MAF table to make the PE table more accurate. Also looks as if your at about 26* timing at WOT, maybe could get by with 28 or so but 26 is o.k.

How is idle, startup, and drivablility quality?

Idle is pretty good, sometimes when i start it up when its still hot, it will stall. But overall, its not to bad at all. Drivability is fine.
Thanks for the input...
However, should i go to 6700 rpm on a stock 4L60E? And with the stock rod bolts?

Probably not, I didn't know your tranny was still stock and stock bolts.
