If you waited for over a week, I assume you either got an Out of Office stating his absence, or you were not emailing his blackbearperformance.com email, rather the gmail.com account (that he hardly checks).

In looking into both his accounts, I see that you have 10+ conversations comprising over 50 emails going on with him on his gmail, and zero on his blackbearperformance.com.

I can see why you think his service was lacking, as you were not emailing his business email account. Sorry for the confusion.

 

I have an email from you from Thursday, but not Tuesday. Given that it is a weekend now and I was out of town from the 17th til the 23rd, it's going to take me a day or two to get caught up. As it is, I have one or two more to get through til your email, but you should see a reply later on tonight.

your idle should be arond 650-750 and the dieng is a combination of your throttle cracker and throttle follower decay and decay delay.

 

Hope you get it all sorted out, on contacting Justin I'll back up what others have said. He'll get back with you it may take a day or two but he must have a ton of email daily from all of us wanting something. He has always replied to mine.

 

He get's busy, you should get an email soon as he stated. I sent him an email yesterday, but I am not sweating the reply because I know there's only one of him.
