Default Multiple problems with my 6.0

Hello all I’m looking for some advice from the GM gods. I have an 07(new style) Silverado 2500hd crew with 6.0 v8. There are multiple problems. One morning early this year I came out and the battery was dead. I jumped it and I’ve had the filling problems ever since. The wipers are constantly on if the fuse is in. The rear door locks will lock but not unlock. Service 4x4 is lit. The 4x4 selector switch does nothing doesn’t even tell me what the truck is in. Service trailer brake system is lit. Service air bag is lit. Abs light is on. CEL is on for canister evap vent valve solenoid. I had the bcm replaced and programmed last week and I still currently have all the same problems. I cleaned the ground up for the bcm and transfer case (shared location) nothing changed. With those grounds disconnected I get a no crank scenario. I grounded the battery to firewall and frame and still no luck.
Many pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Could be the ignition switch harness, when those goes bad tons of electrical problems can happen. I'm just throwing that idea out there.

Many times yes, the engine will still run but stuff in the interior and random electrical problems will be present. Again this is just something to consider. Without seeing the truck or working on it I'm just guessing.
