Sounds like you made some good progress. From what I have read you want to increase it until it chirps the tires at WOT, then back the pressure down until it does not chrip the tires on the shift... Might not work for you since your making so much power..
Next, what are your desired shift times set at?

I zeroed out all my shift times and i left my trans pressure alone because it shifts hard enough as it is. FLT removes something on the pumps so that it doesnt restrict the fluid coming in.

I have a Transgo HD2 shift kit installed in the 4L80E and my shift times are all set to zero to turn off adaptive learning in the pcm. That is what I read to do at the time I put the shift kit in and I have been driving it that way since May 2006.
Not sure about the write entire application to get it to take. First time I have heard about that.

According to DC_Justin in a thread I read it takes alot of logging to get the shift times accurate....
Well, from the instruction of various transmission builders and shift kit manufacturers that specify that the base pressures should be returned to stock, we have to assume that the desired shift times are those that occur with stock base pressures and the shift kit installed. What you could do would be to disable adaptive shift learning (set = 0), then log the last 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4 shift times and map against delivered engine torque. Set the adaptive shift times to the values generated there and it's function would then be as intended again: to maintain proper line pressures to shift appropriately as transmission components wear.

at the peak of the spike it looks like the input rpm jumps 1000rpm in relation to the output which rises a few hundred.
Input speed at peak:5384.5rpm
Output speed at peak:2621.0rpm
