Shift pressure...
Where do you guys set the max value in "shift pressure-normal" ??

I turned up the "MAX PRESSURE" value to 96 (from 90) so it would make sense to have the cells in the upper range of the torque scale set to a higher # to take advantage of increased line pressure? Am I like a totally off-base newbie or what?

I don't know much about the rest of HP tuners but the transmission tuning was very important to me.When i had John from Magnacharger tune my truck we drove around for about 2.5 hours working on air/fuel ratio and trans tuning.Anything over 400ft.lb he set at 96 and i think it finally shifts the way i want it too.

How did you make out with this? I've successfully tuned out the TM and now working on the line pressure. Where did you end up? Thanks.

well, as logged I reach the lower 500-520 foot/lbs when wot.
In this screen shot the top table are the stock settings and the lower is my current shift pressure table. Notice I had to turn the pressure down in the lower range, it shifts crisp and quickly now. At wot the increased pressure is not rough. Everything "feels" good.
