Default Missing?

Im having a problem with the engine at times all of a sudden sound like its not running on all the cylinders. It will sometimes do it just at idle or all the way up to 40 mph, was to worried to go any faster. The thing is that its random when it does it, the engine could be cold or hot to start acting up. Im not throwing any codes. I do have HP Tuners and took acouple scans while driving to and from work to record what its doing. But Im just starting with HP Tuners and unshure of myself with it. Here is one of the scans of it acting up. Any help is very appreciated. This is also my DD.

LTFT is maxed out on one side for some reason. Might have a mechanical problem.

What would cause that if it was mechanical?

Check your 02 on the B2S1 side. Voltage is down on that side.
