Default miss fire

Has anyone had a problem with their engine after tuning the computer?
I seems to get worse when the a/c is on..... but when im just driving around with the rpms up it doesnt do it. Any opinions with cause of my problems. Im thinking its a coil problem or maybe a lifter problem. Hopefully someone can also tell me some tricks to find out what the cause of it is.

New plugs? Does the check engine light flash? if so Autozone will read codes for free. That would be a start. next depending on answers would lead to moving coils plugs and injectors around to see if the misfire moves too, But first we (you) need to see if it is a random misfire or a cylinder specific...

if no codes, it could be fueling related...

When it was "tuned", were the engine mis-fire diagnostics parameters changed? The pcm may be ignoring the mis-fires because the count isn't high enough to trigger the code.

im not sure if it was changed i can ask my buddy if it was but it never did it with my other motor in so i dont see how its a fuel problem unless one of the injectors is dirty
