I have never seen the megasquirt. It looks like a great product for the diy'er. Anyone tried one out on anything? A lawnmower or a chevette perhaps?

I have an 81 Chevette that could use a megasquirt. But I have a question. Where do you buy the fuel injectors for it? I didn't see them. Does it work with any fuel injectors or does it come with them? I doubt it for the price they sell the kit for.

 

There is alot of info if you type "megasquirt" in the search. (I hate typing that, not trying to sound like an ***, but alot does come up) Parish and maybe another or 2 is using it. No engine parts come with it that I know of...it's a management system of the engine parts/fueling-airflow.

I have used it on the old 350 in my dads '72. I used a holley 750cfm throttle body from one of there projection kits for the injectors, but you can petty much use any kind of fuel injection off of any factory car you want that you can make fit. Lot of guys just use TB units off old GM cars and trucks. Its really a very flexible setup with a LOT of potential. There is a pretty steep learning curve to figure it all out though, lots of reading, but do able.
