Default HP Tuners site not working?

Bought HP tuners from a friend who never opened the box, decided to go a different route. Anyways he bought a new truck that it won't work on. I need the product code to use it. Ive tried to get on HPT site for contact info and it gives me nothing, no phone # or e-mail?? Anyone from HPT please help!!

Thanks, Mark

Your friend should have gotten an email with all the product code info in it. You could ask him to look for it and forward it to you.

They don't have a phone number, but I believe there email is sales@hptuners.com.

Or you could try the contact us page on there website www.hptuners.com

you can email sales@hptuners.com like mentioned but your buddy needs to transfer ownership over to you so that YOU get the free updates & any additional credits in the future.
