Default LC-1 Issues

Ok so i've just finished installing my LC-1 into the drivers side O2 bung (precat), everything is operating ok, although my calibration might be off a bit, but i'll fix that soon. But i've noticed something troubling.

As my analog 1 output is set and wired to mimic the stock narrowband, i logged the O2 sensor readings to make sure the wideband was doing this properly. And all its doing is giving a 447mV output with very very little fluxuations. Even with the bank 2 sensor reading very low 030mV (when forced into open loop) the wideband stays at 447mV.

I'm just kinda lost as to what to do at this point as ive been working on this project since 8am... And its now 6pm

You should leave the pre cat o2s alone. The wide band o2 should after the cat since those o2s are only used to let the pcm know the cats are working properly.Without the front o2s the pcm does not know what is going on with the afr. This may be your problem.

Actually, its set up to simulate a narrowband, and i've wired it to the Stock precat connector. And after recalibrating the sensor, i got the wideband function working...

Ok so the wideband function is working nicely... although i might recalibrate again tomorrow, and work on getting the function between the LC-1 and HPtuners even more accurate but for now it works.

But heres the fun part. I'm now throwing the "Insufficent switching Bank 1 sensor 1" So that lends me to conclude i've screwed up and put the analog 1 onto the wrong wire. So help me figure this one out.

Connector for B1S1: (Since i have a LQ4 from the factory, apparently they use 5 pin connectors for the front O2's but only 4 wires hense the missing letter C)

A: HO2S Low Signal - B1S1
B: HO2S High Signal - B1S1
C: No pin
D: Igniton 1 Voltage
E: HO2S Heater Low Control - B1S1

I currently hooked it to Pin A but i get no reading, the B1S1 just kinda floats around 470mV. I suspect i should have hooked it to pin B. But i gotta let my exhaust cool a bit to try hense why im posting here for advice.

Ok problem solved... after a few minor burns (stupid hot tranny) Pin B was the answer now i got a fully functioning LC-1 neatly integrated yay.

Time for some tuning, well after this thunderstorm passes lol.

Cool

It is called thinking out loud.

Works like a charm.

Good to hear you got it working properly.

Good job.
