Default Knock sensor torque specs ?

I have a 2001 2500hd W/6.0L that has mild pinging at times. Should this be tuned out, or can I make my knock sensors more sensitive by torqueing them tighter? I have some valvetrain noise from my comp 202/202 .585/.585 on 110lsa cam or the comp 918 springs. With these noises is it a bad idea to tighten the knock sensors?

Do not over tighten, you'd be risking picking up "false knock". Like already steady, 15 ft pounds, no more no less.
