So how can I tell if my sensor is working without using hptuners or efilive to check my temps? If it defaults will I be able to see it on my wideband at idle? I just want to make sure before I install it and can't really turn back.

If its not working, it will read -32* and wont run.
Mine had come loose after i put the cam in and we couldnt figure out why it wouldnt crank. looked at the scan tool and IAT was -32*, plugged it back in and it read right.

 

the truck will stil lrun with the IAT not hooked up. just wont run as it did prior. it sets up the file so truck is rich so it doesnt hurt it self

 

so my wide band will read rich? I don't have a way to scan it or check it with efi or hp.......unless nonnie hooked up and i don't think he will drive over for that haha

 

Flaco's lil sis runs without an IAT....crazy mother f'er......lol!
