Default IAT removal without going SD

Is there a way to remove the IAT from the PCM calculations without going 100% speed density ??, I ask because I'm seeing wierd performance issues that I'm pretty certain are PCM related. If I run in SD mode the current problems go away but a whole new set is created due to the 1/2 resolution VE tables in the '99 PCM's (I'll upgrade eventually but not right now). I'd like to be able to bias the fuel/spark equations towards the ECT (engine coolant temp) like SD mode does instead of the IAT. Is this possible ??
