is this worth $200 if I dont plan to mod the wifes Yukon much at all?

I like mine. I say buy it, if you don't like it, re-sell it on Ebay. They sell all day long for $200.

I'd go with a tune from somewhere like Wait4Me, a lot better performance and price than a Hypertech. I just sold my used HPP3 for $265 on ebay Monday, I'd say I got a pretty good amount back on it..
