hypertech help

Default hypertech help

i installed the hyp before i ever joined this forum.i went to uninstall it and for some reason it says youre battery voltage is to low please try again after you fix problem:i cant even get into it past turn key to run position,any solutions:i cant even uninstall it.

Connect a charger and/or make sure all lights and accersories are off.

do you think having 2 batteries would do this i put in a 2nd batt formy plow?

If one battery was really low, it'll be a load on the other one. Hook up a charger for now as recommended to get the tune undone, and have both batteries checked.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD WITH CHARGER HOOKED UP!!!! you may burn out your programmer and your ecm.... charge the batteries first then dl

With HP Tuners, you could get away with a trickle charge on the batteries, but then again you are using a laptop with it's own power source.
