Default Hp Tuners and TH400

Is there anything i need to do for tuning when i go from a 4l80e to a th400? My speedo is taken care of but i seem to have timing being pulled from somewhere....Could this be in the torque managment section? I have looked and IAT's are not the issure and coolent temps stay in range also.... I wish this software was a little more user friendly for the amount of money it cost! Im also having a problem setting up my afr error histogram because i have a autometer cobalt afr gauge that is a custom pid and i cannot seem to get the string right to make the right % show of the difference in commanded and actual afr which really make tuning a pita, if anyone has experience in this field please let me know and i can get you a copy of my scanner file and tune to help me... Thanks alot in advance

Well, I was just wondering if there was anything weird and informative you could post. I don't have anything with HPT and a t400 right now so the info wouldn't likely do me anygood at the moment.

Burst Knock was one of the first things I had to get rid of on mine. Took me a while to figure out where the timing was going.
