Hey guys, wondering if someone can take a look at the Tune for me to go over it? Truck isnt performing really to what it should and want to make sure it all looks good...let me know

 

Post up a tune and log and I imagine you'll get some feedback on it.

is that XTR the lobes of the cam?
do you have any logs?
is that the tune currently in the truck?

 

What kind of issues are you having with the truck?

 

THat is the current tune....yes it is XTR if i remeber correctly

the problem is that my tuner is new with trucks, expert with vette/fodie...and my truck is running really slow. For the amount of mods

My mods are in my sig, or I am June TOTM for FUlll list......

 

I dont use HPT myself, my tuner does..this is what he sent me...do you guys need logs?? I can get them....

I jsut want this thing to perform....

Your truck is tuned for 28# injectors.
IMO shifting at 5800 with your setup is a waste.
Also, you might want to set your PE delay above zero for a decent launch.
Usually right around the flash rpm is preferred.
Also, your Burst KR is still set really low. That will pull timing during a launch.

If you haven't heard yet, 99 PCMs need some special attention to avoid a lot of false knock issues.
Your Knock Sensor levels are still really low. I would imagine you might be getting a lot of false knock.

 

well that doenst sound good!! I dont ahve a clue really about tuning, but none of that sounds good. I have the 8.1L injectors...cause i ahs 110% duty on the stock ones.

PErhaps i will get a newer 01-02 pcm.....is a direct plug in correct?
