Default hp tuners

well after waiting nearly a month to get the software in it finally came yesterday. iv been playing with it a little bit this afternoon when i got off work and all i can say is WOW. i love it so far and i have only been playing with the scanner. i cant use the editor until nelson sends me an unlocked pcm. of course being me i had to see if i could edit anything and just see if he might have a made a mistake. of course he didnt but iv got a lot of learning and reading to do before i go off editing anyway. i cant think of the guys names that are on here that own it or whatever but good product.

That's the impression I get. Looks like the WB of choice is the AEM kit from what I have read. $300 and it works and is easy to hookup, and the replacement sensor is less than $100. Works great with hptuners software/hardware. There is some tuning I read you can do with the narrowband O2 sensors but some people say it's okay, other say it's just plain ignorant to tune without a wideband sensor. This is all just what I have gathered from reading. I've only had my HPTuners package for 3 days but already I am learning from reading all the great info to be had in these forums.

I will be buying the AEM wideband since people have been raving about it so much. Will order mine in a few weeks. Got the MPVI Pro so I can hook it up to my HPTuners.

you can log commanded afr but thats as far as it goes with the stock sensors...to know your actual afr you really need a wideband.

did you read the help file? Myself & soundengineer literally took MONTHS of our time to make up the MORE THAN 2 DOZEN demo's & I took a few weeks on the Speed Density how-to writeup while I was on vacation.
