How are you guys passing an inpection?

There are 4 lights flashing. The guy that is doing my inspection said it won't pass with more than one of these flashing. Obviously the 4 lights that are not lit in the first pic are the ones that are not flashing.

I am running high flow cats and am not throwing any codes. my set up is 100% legal

What about O2 sims? Then you can leave the report SES enabled but it wont set because the PCM is seeing the correct voltage. That's one blinking light gone.

When I set up the off road PCM's the IM status for all of the IM Test Show completed & passed test when the PCM is on the bench even before its on the car

These are the codes that need to run and pass to get each of the individual monitors to run.
I setup a tune specific to let my truck pass inspection. My O2s are bad and I haven't worked in 10 months and its a second vehicle. By setting these codes to 3-No Error Reported and Uncheck the SES-Enable box, they instantly pass when the ignition is turned on. This is in HPTuners. I'm not sure how this is done in EFI-Live.
