Here is my idea of tuning,I admit I dont think I will be figuring this stuff out anytime soon.Is it possible to have a great running street tune and a completly different tune for towing? In other words once you hit the tow haul mode it now has a way safe tune for towing ,softer shifts and light and mid throttle (town haul makes the HD transgo way harsh) and more lock up converter application.


So what I am asking is can you get two competly differnent tunes with EFI live using the tow/haul mode?

Keep in mind radix application.

 

All tow haul does is tranny parameters,nothing to do with engine managment.
Shift points,pressure TCC lockup and so forth

 

I believe you can. I asked the same question of my tuner and was told there was a way to have multiple tunes, switchable.

with efi live you can set up a button (switch) to run a totally different tune.
