Default Hope I am not getting in over my head...

Ok, so after waiting WAY to long for "my tuner" (who shall remain nameless), I have decided to tune the truck myself, with the help of a friend who tuned his turbo sentra himself. I found a bin for a procharged vette which is a blow through design from A&A Corvettes, I am going to use that as a basemap, then I will use the tuning procedure that has been posted everywhere. I was wondering if there are going to be people on tap to help me should I have any questions this weekend. Do have a few questions before I go.

I have the stock 28# injectors and my 44# injectors. Should I tune on the 28s then change to the 44s or change for the 44s and then change them. Does anyone have any advice? I am going to see if I can hook up to my friends GTO so I can get an Idea of what I am doing (not changing his tune, just work my way through the process).

Good luck, Im sure you will be able to find someone to help. Why are you going to change from the 44#ers? Id just swap them in, change teh TUNE for them, then roll with it. If it was running good now, Id say get your tune straight, then change the injectors, but since youre essentially starting from scrap, Id swap the injectors and go from there.

I started tuning EXACTLy this way. I am so novice, but have learned tons. I'd suggest putting in your sig what you have and what mods you have as well so that peeps can be a little helpful when you post your question(s).
