My high beam light on the Cluster stays lit all the time even with the ignition off? After a few days dead or weak battery.

I pull the IPC/DIC fuse and it goes off bat is ok. No Other Fuse Affects it.

Thinking Instrument Cluster or BCM?

Replaced steppers few years back to die being erratic.?

Had a similar issue where the wiper controller kept all the ICP and Radio light on that was simple to fix replaced wiper controller.

Another issue I have is remote door locks hit unlock once it unlocks drivers door have to hit it 3/4 times to unlock all other doors (yep battery is good in fob). Reasoning for thinking maybe BCM? Any Ideas>
