help speed limiter removal

help speed limiter removal
i cant remove the speed limiter i dont know whats up in EFILIVE i go to speedomiter and put 200MPH under -maximum vehicle speed-then i go to rev limiter and put 7000 RPM limits. the speed limiter is still there did i miss something else.
