Default HELP!! No lock up with new tranny and stall

Got a call from the trans shop saying that she's all back together but the converter isn't locking up,so I was wondering if it had something to do with the EBCM because the ABS and PB lights are on or what the deal is cuz I need the truck back like now. Thanks

Nobody?? Is it because it's not tuned for a stall?

Do you have HP tuners or another program that you can command the lockup with? It should be commanding lockup with the stock tune I would think.

No I don't have HP Tuners. I'm getting a retune on Saturday but the guy is telling me I'll burn up the trans within a day or 2 driving it like that. I have no clue so in needing help.
