Default help with EFans

Install the OEM fans and radiator on an 04 Silverado crew cab did not do a tune on it been driving the truck and temperature is staying at 209 that's what it was when I had the clutch fan and its hook up to the PCM

Have you checked to see if the fans are turning on? I bet they aren't without the tuning. You are just lucky its cold out this time of year and the radiator, thermostat and water pump are doing their job. Temp is controlled by the thermostat. It opens at 195ish stock(is this verified somehow? The gauge is a general reading) and is cooled as such.

I will check ..but I have been stuck in traffic and if u know LA it gets bad
