Unless you want the two fans to operate at different temperatures, I would use just one of those controllers, with a second relay. The second relay would have the coil powered by the output of the controller's relay, and have a separate power wire and fuse from the battery. So a few-dollar relay instead of a $44 dollar controller.

FWIW My 06 e-fans each 25 amp fuses for lunch. See the "E-fans Suck" thread in the GM performance section for good info and testing. I clicked the link you posted and it said it uses a 30 amp fuse so not sure where you are getting the 25 amp continuous rating thing. If a controller was only rated to 25 amps, I can't see whoever made it putting a 30 amp fuse in line as it would kill itself. Right?

it says that on the side of the controller 25amps continuous . but will take spikes up to 30 amps .i was thinking of useing the two controllers so one fan can come on then the other can be set 5 degrees higher to help with voltage spikes.

Probably melt. Like I said, factory fans draw more than 25 amps.

I think if using factory fans, you should use the factory harness - it's just easier. Puts my mind at ease.
