Just wondering what you're seeing at cruise/idle/boost as far as EGT's...
I'm idling about 650, cruising about 1200-1225 and boost just goes up from there.
I know this is directly related to a/f ratio as well and placement of the probe. Mine is about 2 1/2" under the turbo flange on my log... Autometer phantom mechanical gauge.

That's about what I see, 1150-1250 highway cruise. When in boost and working hard upwards of 1500. I've been told that over 1500 is when it starts getting harry, and you shouldn't get to 1600 for more then a few sec (like when racing) or you can cause damage to the turbine.

Cold start idle is about 650 for me. Hot idle is between 800 and 1000, drops slowly while idling. Cruising on light throttle is about 1200-1300. Cruising and pulling a light hill will get to 1400 or so. Under boost I see between 1400 and 1500. I have not seen it go over 1500 yet.
My EGT's did cool slightly after I leaned my boost AFR out from below 10.0 to around 11.2.
