Default Gen4 Throttle Problem

Throttle freezes at about 15% after truck is warmed up and parked or idled for a few minutes. This happens in cold weather only.
The truck is a stock 07 nbs, Silverado, 4.8, auto, 28000kms with minor tunes for trans and delayed throttle response. ( increased PE )
Problem: Throttle will stick like a fast idle after leaving a parking lot slowly and will not respond to any inputs until the brake is applied for 2 seconds then it will work normally. Holding the throttle wide open will cause the truck to very slowly accelerate when this happens.
You can see this in the scan at frame 2570 when the throttle is released, the throttle is hit a few times at frame 2860. Notice the slight increase in rpm when tps is at 45% at frame 2925 and the application of brake at 3040.
Anyone run across this before? Any ideas where to look?
Been told to change the throttle cracker but Gen4 doesn't seem to have that option.
Any help would be great

Problem fixed! Putting 2% across the Trans Abuse table stopped the hanging throttle. I also disabled the Spark and fuel reduction in the Wheel Hop section. Breaks loose now on demand.
Thanks Lliaverito for the help.
