Default Gear Change computer settings

I am posting this in the tuning section, cause I think it should go here. If your going to change gear ratios, for example 3.42-4.10, what else besides the gear ratio setting needs to be changed? Changing the ratio will correct the tables that are MPH based. Are there any tables that are RPM based? For example TCC, Shift Points, etc..... If so what are they and what should be changed.

If your using HPTuners just change the gear-ratio and click the "automatic" button and everything will be done for you

Thanks, a local tuning shop around here will be doing it. Is the "automatic" button on the same screen as the place where you change the ratio?
