Angry Gauges going crazy

All I did was unbolt my exhaust at a collector about the back of the cab and after I started it up she wouldn't rev for nothing or want to idle so I put the exhaust back on and she started right up and would idle again but went to leave about 20 min after getting it all back together and I got maybe 1/4 mile down the road when the ABS and Parking Brake Light came on and I went to slow down at a stop sign and she died and wouldn't start so I had to be pushed back home around the corner and started checking fuses and relays and everything checked out so ended up gettin her started again and then both the turn signal lights would be light up and the gauges would read erratically so now I'm baffled on what it could be and I had the battery and alternator checked and both are good and the grounds are all right...someone please have some insight

Sorry, but my brain buffer got overloaded by the lack of differentiation between sentence ending and beginning. Maybe more people can help you if they can understand you?

(yes, it's hard to read what you wrote and make sense of it)

My best guess from what you said is that you melted something in your wiring harness. Where and how is anyone's guess though. Start checking your exhaust piping for wire contact.
