Default Engine chokes and dies after it warms up-.-

I can drive my tahoe for about 15 minutes until everything warms up and then it begins choking out and eventually dies whenever i touch the gas pedal. Ive already replaced the fuel pump because it was bad and the fuel filter as well. I know it has a vacuum leak because there are a few lines where the rubber elbows are cracked all the way down but im not 100% sure which lines need to be replaced. The Throttle body gaskets may as well not even be there but im getting those replaced as soon as my rebuild kit comes in the mail. Also, its throwing 3 different codes; EGR circuit fail, MAP circuit fail, and the IAC valve fail. Im just wondering if when i replace the bad lines and if it will fix some of the sensors that are acting up or if I need to go out and replace each sensor too. I dont want to spend that money but if i have to i will.

Take it to a exhaust shop and have them check the cats.

Thanks I'll do that. How would those affect the engine performance? Other than back pressure?

your map sensor has to work for the engine to run. fix all vacuum leaks, map sensor, your EGR isnt killing your engine but needs to be addressed as well. if you unplug your MAP the engine wont run. most likely when your MAP code comes up it chokes out on you

egr can kill your motor if its sticking. and iac. clean both. check vacuum leaks with brake clean. make sure maps reading right.

If your Tahoe is a 95, are you sure the fuel injection system is working correctly?

Have you checked the injectors for proper function?

Do you have the correct Fuel pressure?

Ive already replaced the egr with a new one. It sounded like a maraca when I pulled it off. I also checked the injectors and they look like they're doing fine. The right one might be a tiny bit slow but its hardly noticeable. When I rebuilt the throttle body i adjusted the fuel pressure screw out a bit to see it if helped. I'll try and see if I can find out what psi the fuel is running at. I think I fixed the vacuum leak but I'm not 100% sure. The map sensor is gonna be the next thing I replace. If that doesn't fix it then I'm just gonna take it to a mechanic.

Default Cat Gut

Well I gutted the cat because there was a chunk of the honeycomb turned sideways. It didnt fix the problem. The only reason this is taking so long is because I dont ever have time during the week to work on it. And not a whole lot of money. Any other suggestions?
