Default Emissions question dtc codes

I am trying to get my truck inspected after my motor swap and tune. I have been scanning my truck and it keeps saying the oxygen sensor test is incomplete or not ready yet. About how long after the codes are reset does it take for all onboard diagnostics to be ready to get checked. I have heard2 or 3 hours of driving but my old 98 camaro would be ready in a 10 minutes or so. Im just trying to find out if something may be wrong with my o2 sensors causing it to take longer to get ready.

You can disable them and it will pass fine. I use EFI live, and set then to not reported, and no mil, and they clear immediately.
