i have a 90 silverado tbi and i took apart my motor and i changed the valve seals and i ported the heads just till they got shiny , sometimes my truck turns of when i out it in nuetral and then into drive, or i can go @ 15 mph and it will sound like i have a cam would that be my egr valve messing with me or what could it be
