Well I have both, I haven't used HPT to much mostly just playing with the scanner. I would have to burn 4 credit to tune my truck with it, but I have it so I can use the software and if something comes along that Live doesn't support. From what I have played with, I still like Live better, but they both have there + and -. Biggest HPT complaint I have is that someone can't send me a tune and I fix it and send it back to them with out me burning 2 credits to save it. Sorry for the

Well, if you don't have the subscription to that vehicle or year/make model you have to burn a 2 credits or so.

HAHA i hate it, lol JK. I had planned on Supercharging my truck, but then my 60E snapped a shaft and i had decided to with the FLT 80 because i knew i was gonna eventually SC my truck. But i did the swap not knowing that the 80E's first gear is gear really high so it rev's really slow and takes forever, so my stall converter didn't help that at all. I basically lost about .3 in the 1/8 right after the swap. After the fact everyone said that if you are N/A not to do the 80, and now i can see why. But all in all, it's much more tamer, shifts better, i have a Superior Shift kit in it rather than the transgo and i like it much better, it's like driving a stock tranny regularly, and then you romp on it and it shifts perfectly solid at WOT. So i really do like it, but it's crying for more HP. But i just sold my 22"s and have stock esky's on the way so that will help quite a bit. All in all, i would love it if i had all my motor work done before i did it. I like the stall converter, it doesn't brake stall as high as i though, but the flash stall is like 3100, so not too bad.

FLT built a solid *** tranny, glad i went with them. I like the whole swap, SE was great too. Of course, my tuning went a little smoother than yours, not many hickups my way, lol

Hopefully 500lb/ft of tq at the converters flash speed of 2800rpm should get me moving a little better off the line than most.
