Slow, here's the deal 99-03 truck use a vac ref pressure reg that adjust pressure to compensate for engine vacuum, so the PCM just uses a single value for the injectors. In 04, they when to a returnless fuel system like the f bodys, so you would need to calculate the different injector flow values with the spread sheets, like the f body guys do.

Well that would explain alot then. I have an 04 im working on now that has a regulator but the flow rate vs kpa is the same across the board also. I was unaware GM went to a returnless system.

I used to just run the spreed sheet and use the first number across the board, Unitll I convinced myself otherwise. Im getting a headache going through old posts, lol

Anyways thanks for clearing this up for me. I better go fix my chit
