I finished up the e-fan swap today. I let the coolant temp (per the ECT on scanner) get to 241* before manually commanding the fans on. I could command both fans on, both individually and as a pair at the same time. This leads me to believe there is no wiring/fan issues.

Can someone see if I messed something up in the tune file? OS is 9379910.

 

try setting a disable speed higher than the enable speed.
