E-Fan Replacement Relays

E-Fan Replacement Relays
I have a BlackBear E-Fan Harness with Beuler BU-5083-0000 Relays in it.
Does anyone have a cross reference part number for these relays. I've checked a bunch of catalogs and can't seem to find a replacement for them.
Or if anyone knows a place to find the Beulers, That'll help too.
