Default Dyno Tuners in North GA

I'm looking for a good tuner in North GA.

I have heard of Walden's, heavily into tuning vettes.

I also have read about Prescribed Power.

Has anyone used any of these?

I am also considering a mail order from Nelson's.

Thanks

Prescribed power (Bille Lawler) is an AWESOME tuner... only problem is that he doesnt carry licenseing for our trucks so he orders the software and has to upcharge. See, he does about 1 truck to every 10 f or y-bodys... so with him your looking at about $150 more than going with a mail order nelson tune. PM me if you want his cell number.

Where in north ga are you exactly? There are a whole bunch of mustang dyno guys and base tuner guys in buford here... if your close to the mall of ga area let me know... a few friends of mine are thinking about having a dyno day in the spring and maybe another photoshoot

There are several that I know of in the North Atlanta area, as mentioned Rob Waldens is great and also Brad Brand at Atlanta Chassis Dyno.

Also heard great things about Bille Lawler for quite some time, but I haven't had any personal work done by him like I have Rob and Brad.

Where is Atlanta Chassis now? It used to be on Buford Hwy. I have riden by but it looks as though they have moved.

What did you have Rob do for you? Does he know trucks as well as he does vettes?

Good question - I don't know where Brad and them have moved to now. Years back I bought a black LT1 Z28 that Brad built for Earl Rogers. With an S-trim and built 355cid it made 530rwhp. Was a pretty fun daily driver with 4.10's and street tires. Last number I had for them is ....(770)623-9789 but I'm not sure if that works any more and also noticed their website didn't work any more either.

With Rob, he did a few little things for my blue LS1 Z28 (I had 3 LT1's and 2 LS1's), but did more work for a friend of mine Wes (NBM LS1 with direct port, 4.56's, etc., also a daily driver) and Jimmy (a friend of mine that bought Les Hankinson's black T/A Vortech YS trim'd BEAST). In fact, Rob did work on two of Jimmy's 700rwhp fbodies.

Rob also was working on a nitrous'd 4.3 GMC Jimmy when I was up there a while back, but I haven't seen what he does with trucks.

Not a lot of helpful information there, sorry... I was just in a mood to type I guess....

Idk what happened to atlanta chassis... i know they closed that dyno lab and idk where they relocated to. They might go by a different name, I'll ask around on streetcarforums and fuel ****... seems like for some reason i think Brad used to have an account on one of those forums at one time or another
