Default Driving after mods but before tune

This week I'm installing a cam, LT headers, Yank TT3000 stall, non DOD lifters, and 160 thermostat. What are the chances of being able to drive it for a few days, about 14 miles per day, on the stock tune? I'm getting the revised tune sometime this week or possibly the next and this is my daily driver. It may be here by the time I'm done but depending on the mail it is hard to tell.

What are the specs on the cam?

With the headers and stall you can drive it with out a tune but if you putting in a large cam the engine will not run good with out a tune. It will die on you at the stop lights.
