Hey guys,
Ive been using my HPTuners for 2 years but I've never updated my software. So, when I log into to HPTuners I see the "Download VCM Suite V2.24".
1) I need to download this, and save it to my Windows 8 C-drive where I have my 2013 version of HPTuners, correct?
2) Once V2.24 is downloaded, can do I delete the old build that I've been using, or does the new build has to be saved in the same location as the old build?
3) After V2.24 is saved on my C-drive, is there anything else that I have to do?

Any help would be really appreciated. I'm not too good with computers and I'd like to upgrade to a 2 bar OS today so I can start tuning and boosting!

Also, do I need to do anything with downloading/installing new drivers?

 

Download and install, it will install over old build. Drivers should be part of package.

 

So I just go through the same install steps as when I first installed the software with the disc and everything like that, correct?

 

No, just log into your customer page, click the 2.24 download and run the install.

It will do everything for you.

You might have to update the firmware on your computer to 4.0 but you'll have to see what it says.
