Doing A HPTuners Tune Over a Superchips

Just curious. I had a Radix superchips tune and dropped a pulley size and got a HPTuners dyno tune.

What would be the process to make sure one tune settings doesn't screw with the other?

remove the superchips tune, start tuning it with HPT, sell the Superchips...

Whatever parameters were changed in the HP tune overwrote over the top of the original Superchips tune.
