The headers and exhaust are on and yes, the tune is out I think. It never was quite right since I never had the best injector data before. With the ID850's I can start from scratch. I'll run a cold start AFR error log today and go from there. I will clear the fuel trims again.

OK, I ran anothe scan this morning and found that the LTFT's are still split at idle but are even when the truck is in gear. Any ideas on this?

The STFT's are even across the board.

Try a new set of spark plugs.

They are new TR6's. It did this before with the old plugs and injectors, too. Gonna pull the plugs and have a look.

Hmm, that makes me wonder if you have a bad intake gasket or a valve adjustment issue. How long has it been doing this?

Hmmm, I was thinking the same thing... valve adjustment. It's been doing this for a long time. I had a blackened plug and exhaust valve on one cylinder a little while back. If I see it again I will pull the valve cover and readjust the rockers on that cylinder. So much fun.

I just hope it isn't an intake gasket. What's the best way to check that?

I use a smoke machine to find vacuum leaks. Maybe you can find one to borrow?

I'll ask around. I pulled the plugs and they all looked great. Went for a long cruise and logged it. Same *****.

I was looking around in my tune and noticed that my EGR DTC code reporting hadn't been deleted properly. I'm wondering if since the EGR was on that bank that if a code is stored or if it thinks a problem exists (say EGR stuck open) that it would richen the bank.

I've reset the codes to not report and will try it again tomorrow.

I thought I'd close this thread by saying that ever since my last dyno tune the trims have been dead on. I'm not sure what we changed to fix it, but it's fixed.
