Alright.. I installed a new fuel pump the other day, walbro 255. I lowered the tank completely, including disconnecting evap system. We had difficulty with reconnection of evap but we got it connected in the end. Its been a few days now and I go out to truck to go buy my mom a birthday gift and goto class and truck wont start.

I got my obd2 scanner out and it says that there is a monitor not responding(EVAP). I have double checked the evap system and everything visually is A-OK and connected.

is it possible to have the EVAP system deleted via tuning such as HPTuners?

yes. you can turn off the codes, just like you would if you deleted the rear o2's.
