Default Cranks a while before starting

Just got my truck back from being tuned, only main issue/concern I have is that it cranks awhile before actually starting. Is there a reason or fix for this?

The tune file would be handy.

But if the issue came after tuning, then take it back.

My truck would do this after I put Walbro fuel pumps on it. Try turning the key forward for a couple seconds before cranking and see if it corrects it.

But the tune and a log if it cranking would help.

Can you HEAR the fuel pump run for 3 seconds at 'Key On' ?

Put a gauge on fuel rail, report static fuel pressure.

pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator, and cycle the key, but dont start. See if any fuel comes out of the nipple. If it does, replace the fuel pressure regulator.

I honestly don't know how to get or post a tune file.

It used to do it only on warm start ups, now it does it constantly.

I've tried turning the key to on position for a few seconds before starting, tried 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, full throttle while starting.

I will test the fpr.

Can you put a gauge on the fuel rail, and check to see if it holds fuel pressure ?

I pulled the vac line on the fpr and turned key on, no fuel comes out.

I hear the pump run for a couple seconds when I turn key on.

I have a In Cab fuel pressure gauge, I turn the key to on position and it slowly drops pressure. Starts at 52 and it dropped down to 42 over 30 seconds.
