My truck has been sitting without a battery for about 2 months now. I tried starting it today but it wouldn't crank over all I got were the Instrument cluster lights and headlights. the interior lights wouldn't turn on, the doors wouldn't lock or unlock. The keyless entry didn't work either. I just got a wierd high pitched sound when I pushed the keyless button. The battery is new btw. Whie theetruck was sitting I drained the trans fluid and replaced it. I don't knowif that might have triggered something. Also the little line under the PRND321 isn't registering. I shifted through all the gears and it still wouldn't show. The security light turns off too so I don't think it's a security relearn thing. What do yo u guys think?

 

Check all your fuses. Sounds like you've got a blown fuse somewhere.

 

Turned out to b the neutral safety switch wiring. No clue how that got disconnected.
