Can you get a starter bumper for it? I would sit underneath the truck and watch the flexplate/starter with the starter bumper in my hand to see whats going on.

Might I ask what a starter bumper is?

In other news I changed out the main starter wire (from the battery to the fuse box to the starter) and nothing changed.. I'm about to the end of messing with this thing. Electronics are not my strong point at all ...in fact I would have rather blew my engine or trans than have to mess with this headache of a mess..

I've spoken with a couple local shops and they told me not even bring it after I described everything going on and what all I've done so far lol..

A starter bumper is basically a short circuit you install to feed a positive from the battery to the starter to turn the engine over a little bit at a time, so you don't have to be at the ignition to turn it over. So you can look for bendix engagement, etc.

62 degrees of timing on cold starts sound like it could cause a problem? Lol now why would it randomly start doing this one night at the track? We checked the timing a month or so ago and the tune doesn't have anywhere near that much in it... bad computer?

upon more observation anything under 100 degrees temp it puts 60+ degrees of timing for some reason... as far as i know the tune has nowhere near that much in it. It just randomly started doin it one night over a year ago on its own... My guess is the computer is bad ?
