Default Crank Relearn Procedure?

I want to get a retune, so I'll be needing a Crank Relearn Performed?

What's all involved in doing this with HP Tuners? Would I have to buy a license?

Thanks!

are you sending the PCM out for retune? You won't need to do it if flashing the PCM in the truck.

No, I need to have the truck driveable, so it will be a new PCM.

The PCM in my truck is not the origional, but has never thrown a code.... would a Case Relearn be worth the effort?
