When I go WOT see how the speedometer moves and how the RPM moves it moves fast then it slows then fast again then slows. notice at 5000 rpm how it stays there then it moves.

The tach starts to slow down as your speed increases because your aerodynamic loasess are increaseing exponentially. The rate at which your speedo increases also solows due to the same reason.

I dont see a problem there whatsoever.

Enjoy your truck.

It is in the tune. Your ETC speed limit kicked in. It shut your throttle blade, then will report to send a command across the system bus to show vehicle overspeed on the dash and indicate a light.

There is a setting that allows the ECM to be in control of the speed limit, OR another module. ON YOUR application it is set to OTHER module, so no matter what you set YOUR ECM values to it will still have a speed limit unless you turn it to be ECM in charge. I have tuned trucks with tvs2300 on them and a few with ecs supercharger kits where they have been all the way up to 162mph and it NEVER throws that light when you delete that other part. It is set to CUT THROTTLE not fuel or spark so that is why it is doing that.
