Default COS3 Lean Cold Startup

Still searching EFILive for a solution but not having luck. Posting here as I continue my search.
Cold start up runs 17-18 afr until maybe 175 temp is reached. Once it does It goes back to where it's commanded, and then a few minutes later it richens up to 13-14 instead of 15 where I want it.

Any tips or links to threads are greatly appreciated. Just trying to get my tweaks figured out before I drive back home after work.
Since i'm at the 500 mile mark I plan to make sure my VE table is dialed in. Still kind of skeptical about the wideband accuracy whit the EFI reading.

at the colder temps raise it up and it will run richer until you get to operating temps

So small variables. I was reading on EFI and some people are having problems with it not working. So i'm hoping i'm not one of them.
Everytime I start the truck and I see --- on my wideband my toes curl (pun intended).

its not going to hurt anything running that lean at idle.. fuel injected cammed for cars like lean 17-18 afr..but a stock cam needs to be richer.

Bumping this thread. The above worked great until recently. After I put the stall in I've been redoing the ve table. Seemed way out of whack.
Now i'm starting upt at 14.8 and about 5 seconds later it leans out to 18.8. I've tried increasing these tables again but doesn't seem to be helping.

I'm working on the RAFIG process but I don't want it to sit there idling at almost 19:1
