Converting an a4 pcm to a manual

I know there is no cut and dry answer for this, but if i wanted to convert my pcm with an A4, can you leave the tranny settings as is? what would you have to change?

PM vanillagorilla or 1truess, they both did the T56 swap. I know there are others too, but those are the ones that I remember off-hand.

every PCM has the manual and auto settings in them. its just a matter of enbabling the correct settings

i did my settings my self for my 6speed swap
